From the Initial Interview
to your In-house Training

If you opt for an in-house training course, we will hold an initial interview with you to discuss the details. At this stage, we will clarify important issues, such as the number of employees to be trained, your professional priorities and the participants’ level of knowledge. We will provide you with a checklist which forms the basis for the initial interview.

What happens after the initial interview?

TWe will use the information obtained at the initial interview to create a detailed training plan for you, free of charge and without obligation. The in-house training plan will provide the following information:

  • Training content
  • Flowchart
  • Planned trainers
  • Capital expenditure
  • AWA in-house trainings - our services

What information do you have to provide in advance?

When it comes to concluding a contract, our trainers require information about your company in order to properly prepare for the in-house training. Such information may relate to e.g. process instructions or product descriptions. We provide the materials needed for inhouse training, such as pens, note pads, seminar documents and legal texts. We also require a list of participants in order to issue them with certificates.

You decide the location of the training

In-house training will usually take place at your company. However, if you would like a different venue, we can provide some suggestions. For example, you could use the AWA training centres in Münster and Munich. Our modern seminar rooms are optimally equipped for seminars and trainings and offer a friendly and pleasant learning atmosphere. We also offer in-house training in Austria and Switzerland.
